Dispatch & Delivery Timeline




Production & Dispatch Schedule


Standard / ready machines: Usually dispatched within 2 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
Custom-built / made-to-order machines: Dispatch time generally ranges between 15 to 25 days, depending on specifications and current production load.
High-demand or peak periods: In cases of heavy order volume, dispatch timelines may extend up to 20–25 days.





Shipping & Logistics


All machines are dispatched from our manufacturing unit located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
Transit time after dispatch depends on the transporter, delivery route, and destination city.
Once the shipment is handed over, LR / tracking details are shared with the customer for reference.





Warranty Coverage (Manufacturing Defects Only)


Warranty applies strictly to manufacturing defects, as outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
During the warranty period, defective parts are repaired or replaced as per policy.
Certain electrical or electronic components may have limited or separate coverage.




Warranty will be void in case of:


Improper usage or overloading
Incorrect installation or wiring
Unauthorized repairs or modifications
Operation against recommended guidelines





Spares & After-Sales Support


Spare parts support is available for our machines.
For faster assistance, customers should share the machine model along with photos or videos of the issue via WhatsApp.
Parts subject to normal wear and tear, as well as service or technician visits, are chargeable as applicable.
