Pulverizer King


This document outlines the general terms, conditions, and policies governing the sale, delivery, usage, and support of products supplied by Pulverizer King, Ahmedabad. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to the terms stated below.




Pricing & Scope of Supply



All product prices quoted by Pulverizer King are exclusive of electrical work, civil work, and site preparation. Quotations remain valid for a limited period as mentioned at the time of issue. Any additional requirements beyond the agreed scope will be charged separately.




Packaging Standards



Machines are packed using corrugated boxes, thermocol, and protective wrapping to ensure safe handling.
If wooden crate or special packaging is required, additional charges apply, depending on machine size and handling needs.




Warranty Policy



Pulverizer King provides a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of dispatch.

Defective mechanical parts will be repaired or replaced during the warranty period.
Electrical and electronic components may have limited or excluded coverage.
Warranty becomes void in cases of:

improper installation
incorrect alignment
unauthorized alterations
misuse or operation beyond recommended guidelines






Payment Terms


100% advance payment is mandatory before dispatch.
Ownership of the machine remains with Pulverizer King until full payment is received.
Orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or customized once production has commenced.
If payment is not completed within 30 days of machine readiness, Pulverizer King reserves the right to cancel the order.
Advance payments are non-refundable.
Sold goods are not returnable.





Repairs & Maintenance


All major repairs are carried out only at our factory facility.
Transportation costs (to and from factory) are borne by the customer.
Parts replaced outside warranty, wear-and-tear items, and service charges are chargeable as applicable.





Installation & Commissioning Support



Pulverizer King can provide assistance for erection and commissioning upon request.


Costs to be borne by the customer include:

engineer travel expenses
lodging and boarding
local transportation
daily service charge per engineer (as informed at the time)



Customers must ensure that power supply, accessories, and site readiness are completed before requesting installation support.




Design & Specification Changes



Pulverizer King reserves the right to:

modify specifications
alter designs, dimensions, or components
change paint shades or finishes



Such changes may be made without prior notice and are based on continuous product improvement and operational experience.




Pre-Dispatch Inspection



Customers are encouraged to inspect machines at our factory prior to dispatch. Post-dispatch objections related to design or configuration will not be entertained.




Transportation & Risk


All shipments are dispatched at the transporter’s risk.
Pulverizer King is not responsible for transit-related damage, loss, or delays.
Delivery timelines are indicative and may change due to factors beyond company control.
Any repair or replacement due to transit damage is the customer’s responsibility.





Legal Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution



Any disputes arising from transactions with Pulverizer King shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Ahmedabad courts.


Order confirmation by the customer is deemed acceptance of all terms stated herein.




Intellectual Property Rights



All intellectual property related to products, designs, processes, trademarks, and documentation remains the exclusive property of Pulverizer King. Unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.




Confidentiality



All technical, commercial, and design-related information shared with customers must be treated as confidential and may not be disclosed without written consent.




Force Majeure



Pulverizer King shall not be held liable for delays or losses caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

natural calamities
power failures
labour disruptions
government restrictions
transport strikes



No penalties shall apply in such circumstances.




Entire Agreement



This document represents the complete agreement between Pulverizer King and the customer and supersedes all prior communications. Any amendments must be made in writing and approved by both parties.


Pulverizer King reserves the right to terminate services in case of policy violations. Upon termination, all dues up to that point remain payable by the customer.
