Return Policy



1) Returns Accepted Only for Defects



We accept returns only if the product has a manufacturing defect or a damage/defect that is confirmed by our team.


Returns are not accepted for:

change of mind
wrong model selected by customer
mismatch in expectations
installation issues due to site conditions or third-party installation
normal wear and tear
misuse, mishandling, improper electrical connection, or improper operation




2) Return Window (7 Days)



Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.


After 7 days, we will not be able to accept returns.



3) No Exchange Policy



We do not offer exchanges.
If your return is approved (defect-only), we will process a return as per this policy.



4) Return Shipping (Customer Responsibility)



Return shipping is arranged and paid by the customer.


For heavy machines, return shipping can be expensive (freight). Please confirm return freight cost with your transporter before submitting a return request.



5) 20% Restocking Fee



Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.


This fee is charged for inspection, testing, handling, repacking, and processing costs.



6) Condition Required for Return Approval



To be eligible for a return:

the product must be unused or used only for testing as per guidance
the product must be returned with original accessories/parts received
the product must be returned in its original packaging (or equivalent safe packaging for freight)
the product must be returned without tampering or unauthorized repair attempts



If the product is damaged due to improper packing during return transit, the return may be rejected.



7) Final Sale / Non-Returnable Products



Some products are final sale and cannot be returned even if within 7 days. These items are clearly mentioned as Final Sale / Non-Returnable on the product page/collection.




8) Inspection & Decision



Once we receive the returned product:

our team will inspect and test it
we will confirm whether the issue qualifies as a defect under this policy



If approved, we will proceed with the refund process (see below).



9) Refund Method & Timeline



If your return is approved:

refund will be processed to the original payment method (where applicable)
or through a bank transfer (if required)



Refund processing time:

inspection + approval: typically 3–7 business days after product is received
payment processing time depends on your bank/payment method

Product name / Model
Clear photos and a video showing the defect
Unboxing video (if available)
Delivery date and packaging condition



We may ask for additional proof or a video call for verification.
