Estimated Delivery Timeline


Most orders are dispatched within 7 days, depending on machine readiness and order confirmation.
Delivery timelines after dispatch depend on the transporter and destination location.



Please note that delivery schedules are indicative and may change due to logistical or external factors.




Dispatch & Transportation Responsibility


All machines are dispatched from our factory and handed over to third-party transporters.
Goods are shipped at the transporter’s risk.
Mill Power Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any damage, loss, breakage, or pilferage during transit.
Any transit-related damage, repair, or replacement cost must be borne by the customer.
Delays caused by factors beyond our control (transport issues, strikes, weather, regulatory delays, etc.) are not the company’s liability.





Transportation Charges


Shipping or transportation costs are not included in the machine price unless specifically mentioned.
Transportation charges are calculated separately by the transporter and depend on distance, size, weight, and delivery requirements.
Our team will guide you regarding approximate transport costs during order discussions.





Freight Cost Determination



Transport charges are calculated by the transporter based on:

Delivery distance
Mode of transportation
Machine size, weight, and handling requirements



Final freight charges are confirmed directly by the transporter once shipment details are finalized.




Choice of Transporter


Customers may use their own preferred transporter if desired.
We fully cooperate in coordinating dispatch with customer-arranged transport services.
Necessary loading and handover support is provided to ensure a smooth transition.





Freight Insurance (Optional)


Transportation insurance is not included by default.
Customers who wish to insure their shipment must request it in advance.
Insurance can be arranged through transporter partners upon request.





Shipment Tracking & Documentation


After dispatch, LR number / tracking details are shared with the customer.
Tracking status can be monitored through the transporter’s system.





International Shipments


We support international dispatch for eligible orders.
International shipping may involve customs clearance, duties, and regulatory procedures as per the destination country.
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import regulations.
